1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking code once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

We provide worldwide international shipping. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout depending on the weight and destination.

• Standard International Shipping: Estimated 7 to 14 business days.
• Express / Heavy Goods Courier (For Solid Wood Storage Units): Estimated 5 to 10 business days.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a unique tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

PONOMASTELL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, duties, VAT, or local taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If you receive your order damaged or if your package is marked as delivered but missing, please contact our support team immediately at service@ponomastel.store. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
